These people were super helpful. Eduardo was great. I didn't catch the young lady's name at the desk, but she was extremely patient and helped me make a decision on the color to match my car. Their prices were extremely reasonable. I would characterize the business as customer facing.

I have always had the best of service with the company and the sales force. And I do refer other companies to Keyston for supply needs, as well. “In this day of customer service lacking in so many companies, Keyston has never let me down, both in terms of my every day ordering and especially when I have special needs for materials. “We are a manufacturer of Aircraft covers for general aviation, as well as the military, and our customers expect the best quality of product. We have other suppliers available to us locally also and have used them occasionally, but the lion’s share of our business has been given to Keyston due to the exceptional customer service we’ve always received there. I’ve been buying from Keyston Bros. since I opened my business in 1984. They were the first upholstery distributor I bought from, and I will continue to buy from them as long as I’m in business. They have always been easy to talk to and easy to order from. They are always willing to help me find what I need even if they don’t carry it, which has made me a loyal customer of theirs.
